The Charlotte CIO Leadership Association (CharlotteCIO) is a membership-based professional association serving Charlotte chief information officers. Our mission is to build a strong, professional community among Charlotte’s leading CIOs.

CharlotteCIO provides a non-commercial forum to share ideas, best practices, and experiences relevant to CIOs. We are committed to creating opportunities for Charlotte-area CIOs to engage in substantive, issues-based discussion related to their industries and profession. We promote professional development by hosting executive programs that facilitate valuable interaction among senior technology leaders. Members must hold the title of CIO (or CIO-equivalent position) of a metropolitan Charlotte organization with annual revenue over $100 million. CharlotteCIO members include public and private companies as well as government, education, healthcare and non-profit organizations. Member programs are non-commercial, CIO-led and facilitated by a full-time professional staff.

CIOs who join CharlotteCIO prior to the CIO of the Year Awards breakfast on August 18th will be recognized as Founding Members at the Awards breakfast. Founding Memberships will be extended to August 17, 2018 and renew annually after this date.
