To register for a Platinum Annual Sponsorship and the 2018 Summer Conference, click on the "REGISTER" button in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Registration Instruction

    1.Select Register in the top right corner

    2.Enter the primary registrant's email address (this person will attend the conference) - if you are completing a registration for someone else, you will have the option to enter your email address as a "CC'" later in the registration process.

    3. Select "2018 Platinum Annual Sponsor and Conference Registration#" for $3,500 To add the Preconference, select "Facilities Pre-Conference" for $50 if you plan to attend that on Sunday, June 24.

    4. Select "Click to Add Attendee" and provide his/her name and please include an email address if you are registering additional people.

    5. Select "Platinum Attendee #2 or #3" for your 2nd and 3rd attendees and "Facilities Pre-Conference" if they plan to attend.

    6. Click "Click to enter Attendee Name" and provide his/her name and please include an email address.

    7. Click the check box beside any additional sponsorships you wish to add to your registration

    8. Click the check box beside "Exhibit Booth #" to select your desired booth.

    9. Click Next and either fill out your profile information if prompted and click Next

    10. Review the summary screen and click "Proceed to Checkout"

    11.You will have to pay using a Credit Card on this screen, then click Register.

    12. You will have the option to either print an invoice or a receipt on the next screen.

      If you are traveling from:

      Columbus, GA (30 miles) - Take Interstate 185 North to Ga. Hwy. 18 East (exit 34). Turn right off Hwy. 18 to the entrance of Callaway Gardens.

      Atlanta (70 miles) - Take Interstate 85 South to Interstate 185 South (exit 21). From Interstate 185, exit at U. S. Hwy. 27 (exit 42). Follow Hwy. 27 South to Pine Mountain. In Pine Mountain, turn right onto Hwy. 354 West. Proceed to Ga. Hwy. 18 and turn left into Callaway Gardens.

      Macon, GA (80 miles) - Take U. S. Hwy. 80 West to Ga. Hwy. 208 West to U. S. Hwy. 27 North. Proceed through Hamilton and past the Callaway Gardens Store (approximately 10 minutes). Remain on Hwy 27 and turn left into the Callaway Gardens Hwy 27 entrance.

      Montgomery, AL (110 miles) - Take Interstate 85 to Ga. Hwy. 18 East (exit 2). Turn right off Hwy. 18 to the entrance of Callaway Gardens.

      Albany, GA (110 miles) - Take Corridor Z (Ga. Hwy 280) to Columbus. In Columbus take Interstate 185 North to Ga. Hwy. 18 East (exit 34). Turn right off Hwy. 18 to the entrance of Callaway Gardens.

      Birmingham, AL (150 miles) - Take U. S. Hwy. 280 East to Opelika and take Interstate 85 North to Ga. Hwy. 18 East (exit 2). Turn right off Hwy. 18 to the entrance of Callaway Gardens.

      Tallahassee, FL (200 miles) - Take U. S. Hwy. 319 North to Thomasville, then U. S. Hwy. 19 to Albany. Proceed using directions listed above for Albany.

      Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation must be received 14 business days prior to start of event for full credit. Cancellations received less than 14 business days prior and more than 5 business days prior to start of event will be charged half of the registration amount. Cancellations less than 5 business days prior to start of event forfeit all paid fees and will be billed for event registration if fees have not been received. Cancellations are not considered valid until confirmed with a reply email from Georgia A4LE (info@ga4le.org).
